Runway show will be slotted for only 3hours of the show. Meaning each designer will have a maximum of 5 minutes to showcase their collection.

Only 10 designs will be showcased at the runway.

The call is for all models in East Africa. If the models are residing in Kenya, you will come for the auditions at African hut along Ng'ong road On 14th May 2016.
Auditions is for both male and female models.

This is Africa's unique event that seeks to promote unity and collaboration in two economy driving industries.Fashion has always been part of the Music industry and it plays a vital role.In this year's event, we are fusing Gospel with Fashion, something that has never been experienced before.This will be live in Nairobi and we are calling for all stakeholders from KENYA, SOUTH SUDAN, TANZANIA, UGANDA,RWANDA & BURUNDI.

The event's purpose is to Award remarkable talents in the Gospel and Fashion industry and discover the undiscovered.

EAST AFRICA GOSPEL AWARDS

EAGA is built and established in a strict Christian foundation to support Gospel music fraternity. Focal objective being Discovering, Empowering and Nurturing talents.

East Africa Gospel Awards is aimed at empowering the constituents of the entire East African Region gospel fraternity. An extensive research which was done, we discovered that 80% of East African talents remains undiscovered and the already established gospel ministers never go back to their roots to hold the other fellow colleagues who are struggling to come up and do the same ministry they are in. 

EAGA MISSION:

Working together as one by establishing sustainable projects that will improve their living standards and the society at large.

EAGA VISION:

Discover, Nurture, and Empower talents in East Africa to sustainable levels and impact our society positively.

EAGA OBJECTIVES:

1.      Creating a sustainable mentor ship programmes to the gospel fraternity relations to their field of service.

2.      Organizing of inspirational camps, workshops, seminars, talk shows all round East Africa region.

3.      Connecting the role models with the society through CSR (Community Social Responsibility). This will create good and strong relationship between them and the society.

4.      Unification and empowerment of gospel ministers in East Africa Region.

EAGA also seeks to be in partnership with East Africa companies both large scale and small scale, public and private companies, individuals and other institutions to willingly and voluntarily embrace our mission and vision.

EAGA PROJECTS

1.      East Africa Gospel Awards:

2.      Community Social Responsibility: - these are the activities of being involved in all activities that are beneficial to the society we are living with. Some of the activities include;

·         Tree Planting Session with a specific target to achieve

·         Visitation and responsibilities at children homes

·         Visitation and responsibilities at homes of the elderly

·         Visitation and responsibilities in hospitals

·         Youth Camps, Missions, Talent search and Mentorship programmes.

·         Marathons for fundraiser for an Artists needs

3.      Artists Collaboration strategy:- bringing together the already established artist into a level ground to interact with the rising and new talents helping them and guiding them to create an environment of working together in various projects beneficial to their careers and impacting also the society positively at large.

Some of the activities inclusive in this strategy include;

·         Organizing launches for several artists, music recording and video shoot, social media promos for them free of charge with the help of our already signed in studios.

·         Branding of EAGA signed artists for other events and brand ambassadors for other products beneficial to them and society.

In EAGA we already have board members inclusive Gospel Deejays, Gospel MC’s, Gospel Presenters and also Gospel Artists whom we have already started working with in order to achieve our ultimate goal.
